The FKR Catridge Kit is a spring pressurized, closed system which, compared to the previous gas pressure system, is simpler and more maintenance-friendly. With the FKR, there is no risk of pressure loss due to leaks, which means that it delivers guaranteed uniform performance. With the TTX technology, a newly developed piston and an 8mm piston rod, Öhlins have reduced the internal pressure, which leads to a faster response. This results in a "linear" damping characteristic, which offers more options for tuning and increases traction and driving stability!
