The complete 4-2-1 full titanium system for the new Aprilia RSV4 is based directly on the experience that the SC Project Racing department has gathered together with the Aprilia Racing Factory Team.
No compromises, maximum performance, with great attention to detail: the best technologies and the best materials to create a real work of art. Available in two different configurations: with silencer length of 250mm or 350mm.
The silencer used is the flagship of the SC-Project range, the SC1-R carbon fiber model. The 350mm version has been specially designed to provide high performance while respecting the restrictive noise limits of the racetracks: is equipped with a removable dB killer (100 dB with dB killer at 6500 rpm, 102 dB without dB killer at 6500 rpm) . The 250mm version is better suited for maximum power and maximum torque without the use of the dB killer: +9.8 hp and +7.5 Nm at 8700 rpm.
The complete 4-2-1 system is constructed entirely of ultra-lightweight titanium, with TIG welds performed in a controlled environment. The system is designed for the connections of the original lambda sensors. The sealing springs are equipped with a metal cover to withstand maximum loads. The kit is completed with a special heat shield and silencer bracket, both made of carbon fibre. All components necessary for assembly are included in the kit.
The weight reduction is significant: -3.9 kg with 350 mm silencer, -4.2 kg with 250 mm silencer (compared to the original system).

Throttle response and durability and ECU remapping is recommended for perfect performance.
